We booked here a apartment via Air Bnb. We don't regret it! Its a new building with secured parking and entrance. You also can see the Table Mountain from there. The neighborhood area seemed safe and quiet. Best Regards to our caretaker Willi ! ;-)

Booked through Airbnb. One of the best accommodations I have stayed so far! Highly recommended host Devin and Pralene (they're overseas but quick to respond to my questions). The apartment is located in a safe area and secured building with parking. Within the building there's a pharmacy, KFC, salon, and crazy store, which is convenient. Located at the Gardens, it's close to major landmarks such as Signal Hill, Bokaap, Victorian Garden, Iziko Museum and a lot more. The unit was perfect - ventilation, utilities, many pillows, extra blankets, towels etc. Just felt like home! Also very clean and well-maintained. Would book again!
