Nice secure place

It look like a nice place to stay and the security is tight there, the 1st time I saw it I liked it, but be ware of some apartments are so expensive unnecessarily so First look around and ask at the security or rather online to compare several apartments you’ll get. And I like the neatness

The location is very bad and it seems unsafe to drive to it. Walking around the area would also not be a great idea. There is a river running next to it that is filled to the edge with rubbish from the squatter camp higher up. The complex inside is also not well maintained and quite dirty. The body corporate or home owners association needs to get their act together and start cleaning up.

Wouldn't recommend Apartments small Expensive

Right now i will give it 2 stars...I honestly dnt understand why we are paying levy..there is liter everywhere.. the block passages are dirty..the grass is unkempt..refuse pile up over the weekend to an extend tht it becomes hazardous..There is plenty of staff but it seems like they spend most of their time doing something else..like today Tue 28th November 2023 @15hrs30 I saw the groundsmen dismantling a washing machine...I hd to ask my daughter to clean/sweep the passage around our block...Honestly the standards are going down..The 2 stars i gave my home(Soteria complex)is for the security...other than tht i dnt know why we are paying for levy and other ridiculous charges...it's a shame of a place right now...
