If you want a place where there's never any water, or electricity where you'll carry water up the stairs by the bucket load to survive, the tiles just cracked open when they want. You have to do renovations for yourself of the shower taps because they'll want an arm and a leg if you ask afcho. Paint peels off the walls all the time they come and just paint over it. There's no proper ventilation. Your rent keeps increasing monthly but the service delivery gets worse. If you're looking for a place that will make you pay for everything. Look no further. Just keep looking, no need to stay here.

Good security measures. Love the sports facilities. Child-friendly. Can be a challenge to get assistance from centre management at times but matters do get resolved.

This place is the worse place you want to live in,no proper communication for mantainance and alway don’t have water. Staff is very incompetent and they never pick up their phones for escalations

It's an amazing development area where houses are sold at a reasonable price
