Southgate Ridge Security Estate

Living at this rental property has been a terrible experience. The maintenance team has 3-4 week turnaround time. I had a water leak in my unit for close to a month and I was told that the team had to prioritize other requests. Additionally, the electricity is bought from a third party, Protea Metering, and the rates are ridiculous. If you ever find yourself at an IHS property, make sure that the electricity is not sold by Protea Metering. I can unfortunately only rate this estate 1 star because, as rating them zero stars is not an option. If you still decide to sign a lease, good luck!

Has beautiful view of naturena mountains behind. 2minutes drive to Southgate mall. Convenient location

If You want to Regret Just Go and Stay at This Place Southgate Ridge. I am warning you ‼️. I won’t say much I REGRET . I should have First read the previous reviews. The Worst Terrible Place Ever & Poor management system , worse of it all the Manager Himself , He an old Man I won’t say much but now Sir I think you are tired please give other young people who are serious about the position, Respectfully Sir Now you in it for the paper not to deliver the services because I still fail to understand how a tenant would stay for whole month without electricity nor hot water while they fully paid and never attend to it , it’s a lot l won’t say much , Be Aware .

One of the worse place to stay in, the building manager Lebohang does not even respond to your complaints. They ruined my credit because they charged something that was never fixed I really regret moving to this place. The maintainince is very poor. It's like it's own by a group of children not adults

I do not recommend this place at all. I could right a whole essay about the negatives of staying at this place. Starting with electricity problems, brace yourself for long nights of no electricity. If you have a problem, you are on your own. The care taker doesn’t care. The place is turning into a kasi with music playing loud all weekends.
