Great complex that is well looked after but sometimes you will get the most bizzare complaints from management. For example, I have nothing on my balcony except two brooms standing upright in the corner. I was approached by security to ask me to lay them flat down?? Seriously never heard that one before. Entering and exiting with the app is problematic especially during load shedding when there is limited mobile signal. You will also need to make sure your phone always has data and is always charged. As we move to living with COVID perhaps the complex should look to Biometric contactless entry or bring back fingerprint access. Access to your place of residence should not be a hassle.

Intented Rules & Regulations are well operational, in-Forced, and at All Time! Partnered with a Decent, Good Security Personnel AND Systems, ensuring Safety for all. It's Vibrant but yet Peacefulness is felt all round!
Very decent and affordable complex. I like that there is not much noise even on the weekends and there seems to be regular maintenance on the buildings. Cons include the security access at the gate. It's old fashioned cause the app needs data to use. Maybe residents can have tags instead. Pool hours are too limited (pool closes early) and I hate that my parkings are too far from my unit. The visitors parkings are closer and that doesn't make sense to me. Lastly it doesnt make sense to me as a residence to walk all the way to the gate to catch uber because this is a safety concern. Ubers need to be allowed inside for visitors and residents.
Stupid complex rules, cabs are not allowed as if someone coming commit theft will uber it there
