Our next-door neighbor smoked weed all day every day. We shouldn't have been smelling it, though, especially at CPT's B&B prices. There were multiple issues with the flat, but that's on the owners & not necessarily the building. We could hear the street at all hours from the higher floors. Very busy location & not safe if the street is empty or it's closer to nighttime. There is a park right opposite the building, which is full of goose poo & criminals looking for opportunities. But it's getting a revamp. They have a very impressive recycling system & a great pool. It just left a bad taste of Cape Town. We enjoyed Cape Town before, but this was way too central & the flat made it a bad experience.

Quiet, Comfortable and clean. All needs are met at St Martini Gardens. Opposite the company gardens. A safe area.

Fabulous apartment complex in a safe, quiet, and walkable neighborhood. The Company’s Garden is across the street where I enjoyed walks and the youth choirs that sing and dance in the park especially on Saturdays. Best cultural experience in Cape Town. Tip them well! Kloof street is at a walkable distance where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and markets. Many attractions are also a walking distance. Our apartment had a fabulous view of Table Mountain. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else while in Cape Town. Highly recommended!
