Stamford Brook Complex

Would not recommend Stamford Brook Complex. We had a terrible experience living here. The unit was infested with cockroaches and despite multiple promises that fumigation would be done, no one ever came. Safety became a serious issue. A car was stolen during our stay and the general feeling was that it had to be an inside job, which made residents not trust each other. We involved Renico for assistance but got no real help or follow up. When we moved out, getting our deposit back was a nightmare. It took almost a month with a different excuse every time. Lastly, service from Kgomotso Peacock was also very disappointing and rude. Overall, not a place I would recommend to anyone.
