The only people that work is the Security sibce they are always present.The Office will reply to you when you interested in buying or renting thereafter they will no respond to emails, calls or messages. It's a dark hole. No responses to any complaints or queries, and always busy. Electricity is in another level..and you will never get a decent explanation. your electricity will be 1/3 of your bond on a 3 bedroom apartment..If it 1 bedroom then will be 80% of the cost of your rent or bond

Stanley Park is a well maintained Balwin property situated in Oakdene, Johannesburg. Family friendly property but due to the many families on the ground floor apartments noise can be a problem at times. None the less pool and gym facilities are available and functional. Residents are warm and friendly.

Located in Oakdene, Stanley Park, Sarrounded by many private schools & public, Petrol Garages, 8 minutes walk, 4 minutes drive to The Glen Mall, this place has so many amneties around it. It's a very well maintained place, highly secured, security boom entrance, intercoms, gym, pool, child friendly, dog friendly, etc.... You won't be disappointed, come & live here you'll never move out🙂

Made a booking with y'all paid in full then got mugged with the phone that had information but I called earlier before the day to get what was gonna be needed and I was told to go find the email then I asked if I fail? Because I had forgotten my new password it got locked ...they responded saying it was not gonna be a problem. Got there that day stood outside for an hour or so apparently there was still another person's belongings in the room that was supposed to ours that night so we can't go in ..they decided they gonna refund me while I was there !!! Disappointed !! Bad experience.

The gym is absolutely horrible and the condition is shockingly dirty .It's not maintained at all and the equipment is all broken and not functioning.The pictures posted on the site are old and misleading.The passage lights on the steps of the apartments are not replaced so its dark at night. There's also an issue with electricity, hundreds of rands just disappear after topping up electricity and you'll use over R2000 per month even when you dont cook.There's also a scam with IHSPM as they'll send incorrect statements with false charges to attempt to rob you of money .IHSPM needs to do better as we're paying a substantial amount of money for rent for such a terrible service and poor maintenance.IHSPM has do right by the tenants and put new gym equipment and keep maintaince up to standard and move away from this Bogus Protea Metering company.
