As a tenant here the security (short lady called mangwaan) is always rude especially when dealing with problems they come with their attitude and disrespect.

Expect to pay R90 (2025) + daily for just having your lights on. If you’re on a budget, this might not be the right place for you. Utilities are way overpriced. You still have to keep your devices on, and that’s more money on top of the R90. The free WiFi makes no difference, it’s bad wifi anyways…there isn’t really a gym. Just a room with dumbbells and some old equipment donated by one of the previous tenants. So it seems like a good deal But they will definitely get you somehow.

Beautiful place - safe and well designed. So much thought put into this Eco-Estate development. Well located and tucked away like a precious gem. Easy access to Hypermarket, China Town and the M5. This place has so much to offer its residents besides the beautiful, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. There are veggie gardens, play areas, mini soccer field, skate board area, braai areas, community centre, indoor gym, laundry, child care facilities..and so much more.

The security is great and they are very kind. The facility is wonderful. Child friendly

Very safe, the kids have a place to play ,there's an on-site gym, security guards 24/7 2 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, There's an amazing community center which can be used for special events by the tenants. We have a garden with fresh vegetables that everyone has access to. I absolutely love the place
