Good place to stay

The best to reside. Perfectly positioned closer to amenities and other necessary convenient outlets and retailers in that area. Allows for easy access to lodge into M3 whether you going to Muizenberg or Cape Town CBD.

A client wanted me to value their apartment. This apartment was beautiful, modern, with beautiful mountain views, on the 4th floor, and has a garage and a parking bay. The block is secure, clean, and has visitors parking inside. Turn left when entering Stellenberg from Protea road, and follow the one way system to find the visitor bays on the north side of the building.

Zero stars would be more accurate! Hot spot for theft and you are an "inconvenience" Thanks guys,been trying to organize a garage for about 2months (because my bike got stolen from under my window to the suggestion to leave my new bike outside again,same spot-brilliant) only to be ignored and told my motorcycle will be moved to the street because I'm refusing to use my garage,which they are refusing to give me..the old Karen's leave insulting notes on your belongings- No yearly maintenance ether- Good luck getting the whole deposit back! I strongly DO NOT recommend this place!

Well managed and maintained, secure Apartment Block with the most beautiful mountainl views and to top it all, no need to drive a car to a Mall as it within walking distance to Cavendish Shopping Mall and the area is home to wonderful restaurants. Great for UCT Students should an apartment go up for rental.
