I stay here and waiting for maintenace to be done. Otherwise very happy.safe and quite.Strict rules place to which i agree.

I have sold and rented a few townhouses within the estate, lovely place, haven't had any complaints from my buyers or from my tenants.

Nice place to stay but the water bill is so high even the electricity bill is so high astrodon is the company managing and sending out monthly statement but they can't conduct business properly

Quiet complex with security at the gate for added security. There's a pool to enjoy. The only downside is the water bill which is divided for all the units, so if your staying alone your at a loss.

This was an awesome estate while the managing agent was still Coleman Prop. Then Nancy decides to get the best con artists Astrodon to manage this complex overnight turned into a nightmare. The complex owes Alberton Town Council over R 273 000.00 and is on payment plan. I brought it to there attention in 2025 where a final demand was sent then they made arrangements. The issue is over the years short payments to Council. How does a managing agent allow a bill of over R 500 000.00 in non paid levies not address this issue. A useless garden service nearly 17 000.00 a month ? A care taker which works his arse off only gets R 6 000.00. I emailed astrodon demanding to pay Johan more and we get a gardener 24/7 and a ride on mower. No our Trustee in unit 8 ownes the garden service. He will be upset. Security R 50 000.00 when last did you shop around ? I think I did in 2014 when I was a trustee we found two companies cheaper nothing done. I left that trustee junk after Nancy signed off a tree removal for R 10 000.00 in 2014 and our beloved trustee from unit 8 backed her with a statement it's a very good price. I still own 62 standing empty since 2019. Reason my previous tenants were away for 2.5 months and recieved a electrical bill of just over 2 K then again the following month another bill of over 2 K. When questioned Hillary also a trustee in 2018-19 said if my black tenents can't afford to live in this complex they must move out. The managing agent said beautiful place but Astrodon has made this complex unlivable Took it up with CSOS what a circus Lastly Astrodon pls explain how other complexes CSOS costs 8.52 but we nearly on R 30.00 Slip your signatures to my neighbor @ 61 I need 25% votes to call an urgent meeting and remove these thieves astrodon and have trustees removed with business ventures at us owners accounts.
