StoneBridge Complex - Randburg

THIS COMPLEX IS CLEAN, WELL KEPT & SURPRISINGLY HUGE (INSIDE & OUTSIDE). I DO THINK THEY CAN BEEF UP THEIR SECURITY - 2 MEN CAN'T SECURE A PLACE THAT BIG EFFECTIVELY ENOUGH. EITHER WAY, 5 STARS.

The complex looks very shabby the obviously there are vehicles with flat tires. I personally wouldn't stay in that complex. The units are very nice sized but you have no privacy whatsoever

They have a problem with their pipes they keep busting every week we have a leak that needs to be repaired and water has to be shut all around the complex. The water bill is ridiculous there was once that I had fo pay R1200 just for water, I swear we are paying for the busts too. If you are not willing to pay R1000+ extra on your rental bill do not move there.

My family and I love it here. Well maintained and very clean. Also situated closer to a lot of amenities and major routes.

The new security company is atrocious They treat resident like crap open the gate for any random person Hold the gate when is riot them to help visitors be scanned to come in but create a traffic by the gate resulting accidents to occur They treat you like crap Night shift staff always sleeping in stead of patrolling The day shift staff only sit on their phones not bothered at all ,don’t care attitude,and abuse the Wi-Fi,the previous security company beagle watch was way way better then the new security company that is there now,
