[noticed my review had been removed, luckily I saved it elsewhere] This management company for this property is Propr and I see they’ve updated this listed to Storeleigh. 36 Queens Road #302, Cape Town is not suitable for renting. We left as soon as we could after checking in. The inconveniences were incessant — from the unpaid electric bill (separate from load shedding), they are not on a generator so you'll be powerless most of the day, rusty + busted balcony furniture accompanied by a mop bucket, slow-draining shower that had you in ankle-deep water after 3 mins, intermittent internet, burned kitchen floor, and more in this non-air conditioned unit. Pass on this one.
