A home away from home !! Thanks for the awesome stay. I had experienced the level of comfort and hospitality from Studio 44 Leipzig and was not disapointed with the cape town flat... beautifully decorated, modern comfort, attention to detail, great location and view. and all so fresh and new.. must have been one of the first guests! I will definitely book again on my next visit. Thanks for sharing your flat, it made the cape town experience extra wunderbar !!
One of the best stays I ever had. You can see that Marc knows how to run an AIRBNB. The check-in was quick and convenient. The apartment was bright and airy with a stunning view over devils peak and signal hill. The flat is centrally located in Greenpoint in a quiet side street surrounded by lots of trees and palm trees. The apartment looked great with attention to details. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer+dryer was nicely hidden in cupboards. I will definitely come back.
The apartment located in beautiful GreenPoint exceeded all our expectations. Marc and Matthias created a truly beautiful space with aesthetic charm and thoughtful design. The apartment was well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay with all necessities at hand. The apartment is monitored by professional security personnel, providing an extra layer of safety during the stay. Marc and Matthias weren't just awesome hosts; they were super friendly too. Their warm hospitality added such a personal vibe to our stay, so we ended up connecting on a friends level, making the whole visit even more enjoyable We highly recommend their apartment in GreenPoint as it is stylish, comfortable and surrounded by all the great bars and restaurants. The apartment is amazing and very clean. It has all the necessary amenities. The check in process is seamless and the hosts provide all the information needed for the stay. I loved how convenient the location is. Close to the beach, waterfront, table mountain and all kinds of restaurants. The apartment is private and very peaceful for those wanting some rest and relaxation. There is really nothing not to like, from the great communication provided by the hosts, the beautifully decorated space with a comfy bed and couch to the lovely view and convenient location. 💯 points
We stayed 4 weeks in the apartment of Marc and Matthias and it has been wonderful. We felt like home. Very spacious, clean, bright and the location is perfect. You are in no time at the beach but also in the city center. Working remotely from the Apartment is great.
