Studios on Park Vijf

Good looking on the surface, but incredibly difficult to deal with landlords. Small apartments that are very expensive, and there isn't even a sink in the bathroom. The look nice but actually not good quality. Paint easily marks and you get charged. Same with kitchen counter. Not worth the amount they charge. Also very very noisy.

The apartments are in the golden mile of student life in a tranquille neighborhood. The studios are luxurious and secure. Attention to the finest detail in both the studios and the complex in general: the kitchenette in the studio is complemented with a GAS stove in the main dining area; no rowdy parties are allowed on the property and the municipality is quite quick to sort out any excessive noise surrounding the complex. Weekly cleaning services and laundry facilities add value to a student's schedule. Students living at this apartments are usually well-educated and polite.
