No visitors parking. Excessive water bill which is linked to electricity and insane annual increase in rent. I do not recommend this place

Badly built and finished. After countless occupation delays, occupation took place end January 2023. Apartments not finished, windows and doors badly fitted, not locking, extreme leaks the contractors at first refused to acknowledge. A 3 month snag list was still not completed at end October 2023. The BC and managing agents leave a lot to be desired
Where do I begin… The apartments on the top floor are incredibly hot due to the tin roof. There is little to no visitors parking due to many residents having 2 cars. There are no communal washing lines yet you get fined for having laundry on your balcony. Management is atrocious/unresponsive. If you’re looking for a place to rent/buy - keep looking because this ain’t it.
Not even worthy of one star. Worst management I've ever experienced and the building is falling apart at the seams. With multiple police visits from horrible tenants and just an unbelievably ignorant and scammeous committee. Random fees and changes to their original rules. Security team is amazing and the one or two people that have taken it upon themselves to try and fix the issues are also awesome but the owners (Pam Golding ) do nothing for this building. Water pipes burst regularly and we have to cover the water that is leaked. One big stuff up.
I moved into the apartment in May 2025 and unfortunately had a very poor experience overall. From early on, I reported several maintenance issues that were never resolved. These included a water-damaged shelf in the sink cupboard, a broken bin cupboard roller, and a faulty light switch that I was told could not be replaced. The most serious issue was during winter, when water leaked into the bedroom through the windows. This led to significant mould buildup, which ended up damaging some of our furniture. Despite reporting this multiple times, no effective action was taken, and I was told this was due to how the building was constructed. I also experienced ongoing concerns with utility billing. The water charges seemed unusually high relative to my usage, including charges for hot water that I did not believe reflected my actual consumption. In addition, there was a persistent cockroach problem. Communication was also difficult. I never had direct contact with the building owner, and although the agent said issues were forwarded to building management, I did not receive any meaningful feedback or resolution. Overall, I found the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and unresolved issues very disappointing.
