Great complex. Unfortunately no cats. We had to get rid of 4 beautiful babies. It was heartbreaking.

What an amazing place to stay. This feels like a holiday resort and the complex is so well run. Thank you Bianca and Freddie and all the other trustees for all your hard work and your efforts to reduce living costs. Sunbird Village is the cheapest complex with regard to levies and fees in the entire Elspark / Sunward Park. AND I DID MY HOME WORK about the costs to stay in a complex.
