Yes, the complex had financial issues due to the agent Wallace from Angor and OWNERS NOT PAYING LEVIES but now COJ IS ON TRACK... IF YOU DON'T PAY LEVIES ON TIME OR AT ALL, THEY NOW RESTRICT SERVICES. complex are going under bad service due to owners not paying levies BUT Sundown Village has a resolution to limit service if you don't pay. People now adhere to rules thanks to Trustees and the Task team on hand. THEY NOW BEEFING UP SECURITY BY INSTALLING BIOMETRICS SYSTEM AND TURN STYLE GATES. SOON THEY WILL BE INSTALLING INCREASING CAMERAS ALL OVER THE COMPLEX
