Roaches GALORE! The walls in the apartments are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors. The system with the face recognition at the tollgate is a pain in the butt as well. Guards aren't necessarily friendly either. Also, if you're into peace and quiet, can't expect it here due to lots of children in the complex. Therefore, it gets noisy during the day. As another person said, 2 stars only cuz the place is safe.

Very high density 3 story apartment complex with good security. It is well managed, clean, quiet and has a beautiful pool.
Stunning complex, well maintained. Good location as it is walking distance to Leaping Frog Shopping Center. Very nice estate manager and good security. It has a clubhouse, swimming pool, and braai area
