If you want to buy or rent here, please stay FAR AWAY: I have experienced inconsistent and selective enforcement of rules within the complex. While certain residents appear to be penalised for minor infractions, other more serious issues (e.g., property removal or disturbances) are overlooked. Communication and responsiveness are slow, and complaints regarding security or safety are not consistently addressed. I hope the Body Corporate improves fairness and transparency in applying rules to all residents equally.
