Sydney park complex - Boksburg.

Horrible complex looks like a state prison. Loud music, cars back firing, uneducated security guards who can't even tell the tenants to be quieter its more like a circus!!!

Worst experience of my life renting this place through Igrow wealth investments. If you enjoy peace don't involve yourself with these people. Moved in at Sydney Park in 2019.. We moved into unit 34 but had to be moved to unit 69 because 34 had so many defects. The complex was so poorly built, that over the past 4 years the walls have cracks, the door frames have discolored etc. The serving agent then, did NOT conduct a move in inspection in our presence and igrow does not have a list with our signature on it, only the agents. We've moved out and it's been a nightmare to try get our deposit back... The initial agent who came to do our exit inspection found that walls weren't painted well, the shelving under the sink had gotten mpuldy due to a link in the pipes earlier on on our stay there, and a bit more cleaning up needed to be done. Igrow then went on to get a contractor to quote us on all these defects, whose quote came to a whooping +/-R7500. For example the charhgfed the replacement of the shelving R550 and we bought this shelve from Leroy merlin for R87.. If this doesn't raise eyebrows I don't know what will. We then went back to repaint and deep clean the unit again and even used disinfectant spray. We're now being told the place still looks dirty by the 2nd inspector and the unit "doesn't smell like it was painted". Its very clear that igrow is trying their best to take as much money from us as possible. It's. The 20th of November.. We moved out end of October and they're still giving us a run around for our deposit l.

I was allocated a 2nd floor unit with lot of birds noise movement from the ceiling (there's entry point to the ceiling). Managing & estate agents knew about it, I had to cancel the lease. The place is dirty and there's a lot of noise in weekends. The entry code entered at the gate could easily lead to hijacking. Good luck!!

One of the units was recently broken into and robbed at gun point around 3am. Perpetrators are said to have jumped over the electric fence that doesn’t work.

Do not bother, take your money somewhere else if you care about your sleep or even your peace of mind! The complex is noisy, you don't get any sleep from Friday to Sunday and no, you can't catch up with your sleep during the day either. The tenants put a speaker outside and sit together to drink and you will complain until you are blue in the face but nothing gets done!
