I think it's a great place to stay, I just don't like the small kitchen and the gravel road leading to it.

The noise level in this complex is disappointing with little action taken by Management,we've been lodging complaints with no success. I wouldn't recommend anyone that would prefer peace and quiet to rent there. Disappointing and disgusting.

The apartments are extremely tiny. The kitchen doesn't have enough cupboards. There is no balcony. No kids play area. No covered parking and they want you to pay extra. The windows are small . It's situated right next to diepsloot.the bathroom has a bathtub No shower,

The apartments are clean, still new. But there’s too much noice from the corridors at night from other tenants, it’s hard to relax at night after a long day from work from all the noise and also the rooms are way too small. I’m quite disappointed 😔, it’s affordable though.

Don’t waste your time, dont waste your money. The team doesnt care about tenants Zanele would rather be rude than to lift a finger and do anything helpful, if you have an issue on a Saturday forget about it ever getting resolved, the “Caretaker” never answers his phone. The place always smells like sewage. IT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE
