Can only rate on my experience while we are working in the building. Not bad in any way

A lot of people say Cape Town is generally racist, and I didn't believe it until my partner and I experienced it in this apartment building we booked on airbnb. The place is spacious, quiet and lovely and close to coffee shops, a market and a mall. Unfortunately we were unlawfully evicted with immediate effect because the tenants convinced the body Corp that our presence there is threatening their safety. It is the most heartbreaking thing I've ever experienced.

A lovely apartment in a small block. In a very nice area with coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

A nice quiet block with some great views higher up.

Adequate size two bedroom and 2 bathroom flat conveniently located near restaurants and shops
