The way this block is managed is appalling. Mostly Airbnb rentals and guests have no respect or consideration for their neighbors!! Certainly no sign of any lockdown at TenOnQ

Booked through Booking.com, the apartment is as the pictures on the website. The location is perfect and there is safe parking. Thank you Mark/Chris for the suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Town, I definitely recommend.

It is an extremely unfriendly place to visit. Firstly the architects never made proper allocation for visitor or contractor parking. So that means they don't actually want visitors to the facility.

Extremely well run apartment block which is walking distance (approx 200meters) from the main checkers centre in sea point. The building has some nice amenities like a gym, rooftop pool and secure parking. The security is good with a guard at reception as well as key tag access to main areas. Stunning sea view from the rooftop and side sea views from some of the apartments. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked an Airbnb in this apartment block. Could not be more happy. Staff at desk all friendly and helpful. Good security with key fob access. Communal areas all clean and tidy. Small gym and lovely rooftop area with small pool. Parking if required. Our one bed apartment was spotless, extremely well equipped and comfortable. Pretty quiet, even though only a couple of minutes walk from hundreds of restaurants and bars. We will definitely rebook here everytime we come to Cape Town.
