If u want to invest then you chosen the right complex. Managed well. Clean and safe. Some units are ready to revamp but is livable. Prime property. Close to mall and small outlets. Renting a unit also ideal.

Cluster homes complex with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms lone standing clusters in a manned security complex. Remote gates for entrance and visitor entrance by code giving for daily visiting. As by the name called Malibu, the whole complex have Palm trees surrounding all cluster houses, gives you the holiday feeling by the look of the inside of complex.
