Tequesta Complex

It is a wonderful place to live in ... family friendly ... most garden units are pet friendly ... security staff efficient ... ground staff do amazing work ... the board is strict on policies and procedures, but this helps to keep it safe.

Beautiful Complex, safe and sound. Security actually do their jobs and take care of everyone. Fair pricing and a great location near many shops.

Lots of nature, beautiful and well maintained with 2 pools and a very well placed design makes u always feel like home and feel apart of nature.

I rented in Tequesta for 4 years and it was fantastic. Management by the body corporate and caretaker was truly phenomenal. Any complaints or suggestions I had were addressed within a week. The complex is truly well kept. Like many areas in Joburg, the complex is sometimes affected by water outages, however, the complex has always managed it well. There are JoJo tanks with water, and always very clear communication. The one issue I had with a noisy neighbor was sorted out very quickly (and I NEVER encountered this problem again). The security and ground takers are truly the kindest people I have met. They really go out of their way to help you. I am truly grateful to have lived in such a lovely place.
