Beautiful, quiet complex

Either the Estate manager, management agent or the Body Corporate, neglect their job. Middle units have a drain built in between the walls of one bathroom and the bathroom of next door Unit Sewerage and outlet pipes of 4 other units. The drains were never cleaned, got blocked and the residents started to get I'll from the wet walls, mould and unhealthy gasses. Up to now the inside drains were not removed and a better system built. Lovely complex to stay in, but very bad management during the 5 years that we owned a bit thereg

I've sold some homes in here recently and can say this is a wonderful estate to live. It offers a beautiful clubhouse with a swimmingpool, great security, and is well maintained with very helpful estate management. It is also centrally located to attractions. I can vouch for this one for sure.
