The complex is big an child-friendly, but the room are too small in the actual apartments. The inhabitants are mixed nations, not just south africans, or just one race in particular.

The only reason people don't stay in this complex is because of the irresponsible parents who allow their ill-mannered children to damage the common property and litter in the complex while making a noise, all while the parents get drunk and play loud music all night to entertain themselves. The conduct rules are not enforced and the tenants believe they are optional/unnecessary. People struggle to sell their property in this complex because of the people living here.

Park is run down and not maintained. Gardens are well maintained. Residents are noisy, especially over the weekends.
