What a trashy low class yet looking high class complex to stay in, it has been nothing but misery. Cable Theft resulting in no electricity time and again, if not cable theft there is always sooomthing resulting in no electricity, loadshedding aside, sometimes can go upto 24 hours with no electricity. Issues with water, imagine on Xmas no water and COT having to sent a tanker. Almost 4 days Dec with no water.. As I write this there has not been water for now 5 days, it’s just lies after lies.. If anyone looking into buying, ruuuuun, bad investment and people started selling their houses.. Horrific staying in that complex. 15th March, tired residents protesting the whole day because of the no water issue..
