The Alpha Apartments

I am not a person who complains but I had a highly disappointing experience with Ithemba Property/The Alpha. My transfer was completely mishandled. I just wanted to move into a smaller apartment because rent increased with no communication. The apartment wasn’t ready, there was no proper communication and I received no meaningful assistance — only apologies. I spoke to Kate, who said she will sort it out but didn’t. I am sitting with a R10 000 invoice where the didn’t even credit the R800 transfer fee which I paid for the transfer. They didn’t even acknowledge that the reason why I couldn’t move is due to their inconvenience and now I’m expected to for it?? I’ve been calling and sending emails but received no response, reply or resolution. Their lack of professionalism and accountability made what should have been a straightforward move unnecessarily stressful and costly. It’s outrageous.

Very neat and quiet place. Has a gym area as well. Braai area. Lots of parking. Good security

Poor service trying to get helped and book for a viewing. So glad I moved on to different apartments, Imagine being a tenant if the service is so bad. Alpha apartment - lady called Naf, very unprofessional

Alpha Apartments exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is remarkably calm, making it a true sanctuary. I prioritize security and tranquility when I travel, and this place delivered on both fronts. I felt completely at ease and well-rested.

Terrible terrible management. We have requested to view a 1 bedroom apartment as a transfer from their bachelor apartment and all the admin was sorted from our side and they kept delaying the process when units were available and now there aren't and they are saying there's nothing they can do about it. They kept telling us that viewing only happens on Fridays (which makes no sense), and on the Friday, the person to assist with viewing was nowhere and the person that is available is always not their job to assist with viewing. My lease has ended mind you so I have to endure another month of month-to-month, all be cause they didn't want to do their job and help us view and finalize the process.
