Looks like a nice building yet they have the most inconsiderate conduct when it comes to construction. Stay later then they ought to making a noise and work on Sundays, violation of municipal bylaws. Don’t seem to care that residents surrounding them would also like a moment of peace and quiet, free from banging, drilling and shouting builders

a star gets born. These ones will be by far one of the best accomodations in Downtown Stellenbosch.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The alxndr. The complex is brand new and already makes a great impression from the outside: very modern, stylish, and well maintained. Parking is easy and convenient, with options on two levels via access codes. Check-in was extremely smooth and uncomplicated, with great communication via WhatsApp with our host beforehand. The apartment itself is a dream: beautifully designed, very bright, elegant, and at the same time warm and cozy. Everything was spotless and felt completely new. The bathroom is lovely, featuring a spacious, modern shower. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you might need: a small but very functional kitchen including a coffee capsule machine, microwave, stove, fridge, all necessary kitchen accessories, and even a washing machine. We also really enjoyed the cute little balcony. The bed was very comfortable, even though it is slightly on the smaller side for two people. The view facing the street is lush and green, and the area itself is very quiet with little traffic which made the stay especially relaxing. The location is excellent: you can reach the town center with all its restaurants, cafés, and shops within about a 3-minute walk. We think this apartment is particularly ideal for athletes or guests staying for training camps, but it was also absolutely perfect for us as a couple on holiday. All in all, a huge compliment to this new accommodation that has only recently opened. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🌟

This is my second stay in one of the beautiful apartments at The Alxndr in a very short time. I commute between Pretoria and Stellenbosch for work. I really enjoy my stays here—the apartments are very clean, very modern, and luxuriously furnished, there is parking, the security concept is excellent, and the location is perfect. It's only a few minutes' walk to Dorpstraat, Eikestadmall, and great restaurants. I'm now considering a long-term rental.

Had a cozy two week stay in this beautiful and brand new apartment building. It’s super central, modern and super safe. The apartments are well equipped and flawless clean. Easy to walk to the city center all the shops and restaurants. Absolutely recommending this place!!
