The place does not have washing lines, also be aware that the kitchen sink is a single. But for there is space in the open plan living area. The other advantage it has is that there is two designated parking for the apartment with one covered. There is security as well.

Warning: Unlawful Deposit Practices and RHA Violations. My lease ended over six months ago on 31/05/2025, and the deposit of R7500 has not been fully returned. This company is in severe breach of the Rental Housing Act (RHA) timelines. They withheld the deposit, failed to provide a mandatory statement of interest, and failed to supply required receipts for deductions. They eventually sent a partial, unexplained amount. They are unlawfully deducting for damage caused by a geyser burst that occurred on my first day and took four months to repair, which is maintenance, not tenant fault. I am now filing a complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal. Avoid at all costs.
The AW complex is an isolated and quiet space.. so beautiful and clean, I remember I visited precious there. Security wise, 👌 you can miss it if you search the angelwood complex on google. You just have to drive to the coned street, white building complex
