Not the best. Bed linen got marks on. The furniture is old and used for too long. No internet as advertised.

Stayed in December 2025. Load shedding no generator. During load shedding my neighbors from some other African country were drunk n noisy. Nobody cautioned them. Bedding wasn't cleaned after the last guests as it had some stains. Cleaning was very minimal. Upon closer inspection you will see the building, calibre of guests, upkeep is deteriorating. I normally come here every year but every year it's feeling like less value for money. Management is not responsive and there's severe delays in getting a response for a simple question

Room was clean and tidy. Shower leaks, toilet seat is broken. Main blind in living area is broken, cannot open to see the view. Only 2 dining chairs although unit says it sleeps 3. No info to connect wifi. On our stay lots of noise coming from other units till well after midnight.

A joyful experience of hospitality. Clean , supportive and located in Rosebank enabling easy access to everywhere in Joburg.
