Very safe and neat

Great gated living facility. Security at the gate. Close to the shops. Parking a bit small for big vehicles.

Body corporate leaves waste next to apartments , can’t even open my bedroom window. Worst Body Corporate ever, not worth living here. Some apartment windows are severely damaged and cannot close but rent is excessive.

Really nice place. Walking distance to Blubird Centre and Melrose Arch. It’s on a small main road but depending on the apartment you’re in, you might not hear the cars at all. Quite safe. Incredibly lonely because everyone keeps to themselves. Has a pool and a clubhouse. Has a washing line but no washing machines or washing room.

Nice, quiet and clean place. Place seems a little bit dead, most people there are old, single and few young couples... I never saw kids and it's a very safe place. One apartment have a challenge when it rains and it's pathway is always wet.
