Every week No water or no electricity!!! Do Not Stay At the Aura!!! If they had backup for electricity and water it would’ve been a really good place.

Don’t rent any rooms by IGrow. They have a very poor communication. I had someone coming to view the place while we were still in it. We came back from work the other day and the room was unlocked. We reported the issue and they never responded. When it’s time to move out they will quote you ridiculous amounts. The whole estate is nice but never rent from IGrow.
The worst apartment ever since IGrow Properties took over this year. Electricity goes out for 8 hours four times a month that means every week we have to deal with power outage when the rest of the area is powered. No communication or respect to the tenants regarding this is ever communicated. Mind you there are people who work from home and no consideration for them (atleast prior notifications of power outage) There is no direct contact number to IGrow for anything cause their main number goes to voicemail. You report a maintenance issue, they will get back to you after 6 weeks. They also lie and have random arrears in your name but you have been paying rent consistently. When they took over Reedflords they claimed I have arrears that amount to R21 000 until I proved. Which speaks volumes on their administration. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother looking into moving here.
Do NOT buy or rent here. There are constant power and water outages in the area. Your agents will most likely not disclose this while you are viewing. There is no backup water or power supply. The estate management team has poor communication on most (if not all) matters, so as residents you will almost always have to take matters into your own hands. The focus is primarily on aesthetics, not functionality. For what it's worth: beautiful apartments and a sparkling pool. But it is not worth staying here at all if you want a peaceful life.
With actual management, the aura could be a really nice place to live at. Unfortunately the only thing good about the aura is the aesthetic and the pool is always clean. There are no JoJo tanks when there are water shortages which should be a provision for the calibre that is the aura. There is absolutely no evidence of maintenance, you have to go as far as emailing them even for obvious things like a ceiling that's falling a part. The walls are paper thin, so if you're living below someone, you can hear everything they do. No generator when the lights go off.
