Please do not waste your money staying here. Month after month, we experience power cuts because the building is in debt with the City of Johannesburg (CoJ). It is currently day two with no electricity, and there has been no communication from management whatsoever. Tenants tried their best to prevent CoJ from cutting the power, but we were told that AODs needed to be signed before electricity could be restored. In addition to this, there are ongoing water pressure issues—after 7am, there is often no water at all. Management promised washing lines would be installed in 2024, but to date nothing has been done. Cameras have only been installed on one floor, which raises serious security concerns. The gates are also problematic, with only one gate functioning. There is currently no access to the front door due to scaffolding, which makes entry and exit extremely inconvenient. Overall, the lack of basic services, communication, and accountability makes this place very difficult to live in.

The worse and most unsafe place to stay in. It’s not worth a cent. The Agents don’t communicate and always claiming they don’t know anything. Last night 3 cars were stolen and a security guard was taken hostage coz he works alone. There’s no petrols that happen and I’m sure there’s no panic button for them or even cameras to see if we can see the suspects. Even if it’s the last place on earth,Don’t Go There!!!!
I wish I had anything positive to say about this place but unfortunately I’ll have to be the bearer of bad news! Do not waste your time and money on this place! Estate agents just wanna make money hence they’ll never mention these issues to you: 1. There’s constant water and electricity shortages due to the building owing the municipality millions! 2. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors sneeze! 3. The wardrobes, kitchen cabinets keep falling off due to cheap materials 4. There’s constant water wall paint is also the cheapest when you wipe the wall, paint comes off. 5. When it rains, the water comes through the walls. 6. The security is not tight either as anyone can just make their way into the complex! Street vendors knock on the door selling you carpets. Long story short, this place is not well managed and it is a waste of money.
This is the worst place you could ever live in. Nothing works, nobody is competent. Management is the worst, the agents give you the run around, never anything concrete. Everyone just hides behind body corporate. You will be inconvenienced by always having to make means to shower or charge your devices because there is never water or electricity. It might be more affordable than most places but you will end up spending more. Save your money and go elsewhere.
If you are lucky enough to get a sense to check out reviews and you find them- listen, please do not move here. I just moved in here in January renting from an owner, billing for sewage was R402. In March, they hiked it and advised it was CoJ instructions, i can understand that but no warning or official communications in unprofessional. Now to get started on the day 2 day issues Walls are paper thin for a building where i pay R7195 per month, thats what it costs to live here monthly since that COJ hike. It advertises for R5 700. Careful, it costs way more, look elsewhere. No water, i mean 100% no water daily from 6am to 9am. I wish i was joking, i am not, so if you work daily and commute to work, its painful and sooo inconvenient to be paying close to 10k and have these water issues. The security is alright, but the fact that there are zero camera’s is unacceptable. And i cannot blame that on security as they are employees. Tamryn is the only helpful person in this building, very effective and the maintenance guys too, so thats a pro. Every month electricity in the building is off for about 2 days at minimum. Living here does not have to be so bad but most of the issues is raised sure do make it hard to overlook, which is why the reviews look like that. Its all honesty from the tenants part.
