Awesome views..but small apartments and you have to sign in and out every time...

Unfortunately very noisy. Building being repaired and you will need to watch out for vehicles coming in the opposite direction at the entrance. The supervisor recommended that everyone listen to the architect that lives there, as he is highly respected and very knowledgeable in all things.

A grand old apartment block with stunning views of Kings Beach, the Port of Port Elizabeth and right across the Bay to Coega and further.

Magnificent view from the 12th storey of "The Beaches" luxury apartments. The night life, especially in summer time is fantastic. The only down side of the area, is that one can also observe from a bird's eye view, the vagrants ransacking the refuse bins & criminals on the move. Day & night. Aside for this, the locale is truly breathtaking, most especially sunrises & sunsets that light up the sky. A photographers canvas...
