Living along the river is great and you wake up to beautiful views. But the management and lack of rules in the complex are terrible. The complex is mostly tenanted so the landlords don't seem to care about anything that happens in the complex bar 1 or 2 landlords. The stairs are also a massive hazard and no one will address the slippery stairs even though lots of people have fallen down. I landed up in hospital and they still didn't do anything to fix the stairs. Do not rent in this complex especially on the 1st floor units.
