The atmosphere is peaceful, and I loved how quiet it was despite being so centrally located. The neighbours were friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Perfectly positioned across from the Strangers Club and DHL Stadium, and a short stroll to the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park, and the Sea Point Promenade.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Braemer in Green Point! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The apartment is beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable – every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The location is perfect, with easy access to the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade, and some amazing local restaurants and cafes. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views – it was the perfect place to unwind after busy days exploring Cape Town. The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
