Worst place to live at, noisy place,kids make noise during the day then in the evening it’s adults 🚮 I don’t recommend anyone to stay here especially if you are a light sleeper

Security system is good especially if you have kids, clean and accessable to shopping centre, hospital, transport and school

I honestly regret buying.I struggle with network in my Unit-I have tried every service provider but still no good connection.Not ideal for a person who enjoys a peaceful environment because theres excessive noise in the Evenings from adults and during the day the kids are running up and down the corridors screaming.There is a play area but there is no one to remind the kids about the purpose of having that area.The opposite of what is stipulated in the Terms and conditions that you sign when you purchase the Apartment.The only good thing about this place is that it is safe -The Security system is very tight.

Great safe and secure complex in the middle of the hustle and bustle of phoenix and bester.

Great place to live in whilst you're building your life up. Definitely not a place to start a family in but we get by quite well. Security is tight everything is nice and close by.
