Great place to live in. High security in place with finger print enable access Excellent clubhouse with a gym, restaurant, pool and kiddies play area. Solar powered communal electricity. Ample parking space for guests

apartments are nice. but the issues currently in the complex. the prepaid electricity has too many extra charges making electricity expensive. the gym does not have enough equipment. the stairs are not cleaned proper they are moped but not scrubbed so dirt just being moved around. people tend to drive fast when they feel like it. dogs seem to roam freely and bark at odd times. some blocks make noise with no consideration for neighbours and no consequences. guards are helpful but can only do so much.

The Cambridge Fitness Centre is Managed by Corporate Gym Management Specialists. They are professional and very passionate about their business. The centre is clean and observes COVID-19 Rules and Regulations for gyms. The Spinning Class on Saturday is a perfect start to your day. Personal Training is very affordable as well. Only Residents at The Cambridge are allowed to attend the facility.
