I haven’t been into this block but it’s brand-new, there’s covered parking and it’s a lovely art deco style building, with the balconies of most of the units facing west, so you’ll be looking at the Newlands section of Table Mountain, and you’re quite central being near the centre of Claremont Upper. Good position for students attending UCT - university of Cape Town
