Perfect location for students. Roomy accommodation with breathing space unlike the high rising blocks. Private ensuite bathroom with shower. Modern kitchen and lounge. Beautiful gardens & braai area.

We unfortunately had a really bad experience last year which I will take further. We dealt with Mrs Bosman, whom we still have never met. We sent in a form with faults re the accommodation, like a broken lock and a leaking sink in the bathroom. That was in February. When we moved out in December it was still not fixed!!!! We cleaned the place very well, but we're still charged R500 for cleaning after so called inspection. We gave notice on time, but still had to chase the agent for our deposit, which was meant to earn us interest. R500 was taken off for cleaning, and obviously not got our deposit back! When we moved in it took us 2 weeks to find out, despite asking Mrs Bosman, who we had to pay our electricity bills to!!! The service was atrocious, and I wish to warn future students to be careful re the agents they use. Thank you for your time. Will take it further to warn new students. Thank you. R. Rossi.

Flat is not too bad, comfortable, with a nice little shower and a small verandah, close to most shops and the varsity. The flats are four rooms with their own little bathroom, but kitchen and lounge is shared. You each have your own fridge. The agents are not too lekker - although we cleaned the flat spotless when we left, they still charged us a big chunk of our deposit for "cleaning of flat" so be prepared to be ripped off. They want to charge you for every little thing so be sure to take photos when you move in of everything that is not perfect, and tell them to fix it, and nag them, or else you will have to fix it at your expense.
