Quiet and safe complex in Ferndale. Very close to a mall, the freeway and 15 min from Sandton.

This complex is very well kept. Small amount of units. The units are very spacious and modern. Granite tops in the kitchen, spacious gardens and storage units available in each block for hire/rental for extra space. Excellent security, no incidents on the past 5 years. Strict protocols for moving in and out, no loud noise and fines are imposed for any offenders. We don't have steep levy increases as the complex is in financially good standing at the time of this review.
