This estate is gone to the dogs. You pay 2 high levies which are ridiculous and not worthed. Too many units cramped in this estate as a result it has become noisy. More units are planned to be built in the near future. It's no more a peaceful place to live.

Nice secure family living. 10 complexes inside the estate, each with access control. Nice clubhouse with squash court, tennis court, braai area and swimming pool. Uncapped fibre to every home

This estate is very noisy, many existing tenants dont care if they disturb their neighbors. If you looking for a quiet place to live - perhaps look somewhere else.
