It looks like dunes got Caught me at Dunes😂 To be honest Dunes is more a student area Parties all day People having fun meeting new faces everyday It is a student vibe However I think they(StudentsWhoLiveThere) are a bit too Ratchet

Nice place to stay at, the students that live here are very interesting. They live very entertaining lives and interact very well with each other. It's a great place for character building👀😂(through the struggles of being a student). The residents that aren't students that live here should really consider moving if they want peace of mind...
