It’s so wonderful having an estate manager living on site because he is always there to assist, whether it’s maintenance issues or any updates regarding the complex. His communication is on 💯. A very beautiful complex to reside in. Peaceful and quiet. The Estate Manager Reece has been the most helpful, friendliest and most understanding person on site. He makes all your requests and worries very seamless and always ensures that residents are happy. A very funny gent as well lol ☺️. His amazing

They are always supportive, incredibly responsive, and genuinely friendly — making every interaction an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism and caring attitude create such a welcoming atmosphere that we honestly decided to stay here because of them! The entire team, from the security guards to the maintenance and office staff, contributes to a truly harmonious environment. Everyone is approachable, kind, and always willing to help, which makes living here such a breeze. The apartments are nice and the estate manager does an excellent job. The problem is the apartments were built next to a wetland, which makes life a bit complicated. I stayed at the ground floor and every morning we had to mop the floor due to the fog which came from the windows. The rooms developed some mold. We were advised to open the windows during the night which worked a bit but unsafe for those on the ground floor. There was also a break in on the estate. Snakes were also spotted on the estate, since the estate is a few meters from a wetland/stream with a lot of bushes/water plants. We moved out after 2 of our neighbors moved out. Then came the trouble of getting my deposit back, I had to call more than 10 times and it came late and deducted, they said they had to repaint the whole apartment. Imagine, I paid for the damages that were caused by fog/mold, which is a development or estate problem. Not happy with balwin.
