I would like to give Zama her flowers. She went above and beyond with assisting me with apartment viewing and in turn I was able to get my perfect space. Her patience is commendable considering the million questions i had as a first time renter. Such lovely service 👌

Mshika was so helpful including the staff with my moving in. I’ve been here for 6 months now and I have not issues regarding electricity or water. The staff very friendly and helpful and all maintenance are resolved super promptly. #loveithhere!
An absolute gem in Sunninghill! Living at The Eclipse has been an incredible experience from day one. It is such a super chilled, peaceful place that instantly feels like home the moment you walk in. The scenery and architecture are beautiful, offering wonderful views and a serene atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day. The chilled vibes throughout the property are unmatched, and the facilities are top-tier. Above all, the staff are simply wonderful - always professional, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend The Eclipse to anyone looking for a secure, stylish, and tranquil living environment in Sandton!
Dear Bonolo and Africrest Properties Team, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the time I spent living in one of your properties. Even though I no longer stay there, I really appreciated the professionalism, quick maintenance response, and how well the property was managed during my tenancy. It made day to day living easy and stress free. Thank you for creating a space that felt safe, clean, and well taken care of. It’s clear that your team puts effort into looking after both the properties and the tenants. I have recommended Africrest to friends who are looking for a place, and I’ll continue to speak highly of my experience with you. Wishing you and the team all the best, and thank you again. Warm regards, Neo Ndlovu
I loved living here for its convenience in regards to the working from home set up (the business center with backup power). I loved the gym, laundromat, convenience store and other facilities. However it felt like living in a never ending construction site. I was in block 1 and every other month the walls would start cracking and maintenance was constantly fixing cracks. For someone that was working from home it was a huge disruption and an inconvenience because I had to move my work station. The worst thing is that you’d never receive an email that they’d be maintenance done prior to the work, so you can find a spot to work from away from the noise, you’d just start hearing drilling and walls being bagged on. I could complain about more things but it mainly concerns staff and I can’t put the blame on the property itself The Eclipse / Africrest. Each individual employed is responsible for the way they handle things, what they do and also how they speak to others.
