The Factory

The place is prestine, secure and offers good flats for rent on a long term basis. No stranger can get into the premises without being accompanied by a resident. The car parking is secured underneath the flats so as to be safe from the weather conditions or people with a criminal intent.

I visit this apartment block when called out for work. The building is equipped with a gym, a laundery service, a pool on the roof, and the manager of the building created a social area built on the roof where one can enjoy a braai with friends. The view from the roof over the harbor and Table Mountain is spectacular. Pardon, the security officer, literally knows everyone and always has a smile for a visitor.

Great place to stay as student or young (at heart) adult. I love the location, it’s close to everything: close to N1, N2, M3, M4, the city, the beaches, police and hospital, cafes, shops and the mountain. Great management and security, provides a roof top braai area including a pool, offers a gym. I love the big under cover private parking and plenty visitors parking. Great community support as well. Can get noisy now and then, especially on summer weekend nights. Cats are allowed as pets, they’re also part of the community. :-)

Disgusting, infested with german cockroaches. I cant even eat because the roaches are in my food within seconds. At night they will crawl into you nose, mouth and ears. I rate this place -5. I dont know how this is still getting rated 4 plus stars as recent as a few months ago. Are people fine with roaches groping you in your sleep and bathing in your food?

Well taken care of and one feels safe here. Security is good and even maintenance staff are friendly. Some apartments have a great view of Table Mountain and Devils Peak. It can get busy though especially over holidays; the noise levels can get crazy.
