Walking distance to Melrose arch business and shopping. A very nice apartment block for the young and upcoming, until you move in and the neighbors bring baby home from the day mother. They did not tell you about the baby, because "you did not ask". However....NB NB NB!!!!! On a side note tho and the reason why I have dropped the stars from 5 to 1, and as a general warning to all people planning to rent here, this building allows babies to reside and when babies live in contained spaces, the screaming and crying at all hour's is REALLY NOT an attractive idea. HOA should have a tougher control on noise and general disturbance. Not everybody loves a crying baby nor thinks it is cute, especially when the sound permeates right through the thin walls and the parents don't close their window and doors. This block of flats must either commit to being " no under 12's" or it must inform childless tenants that babies live there and there will be no more peace from the day they move in..... before they sign the lease. It's only fair.
